It is widely used for 45° angle splicing of various types of stone slabs and for composite use with stainless steel, iron, wood, etc. It can also be used for various composite material slabs such as granite, quartz stone, and artificial marble.

Product Introduction:

This product is a two-component fast-curing epoxy material. Through the modification of epoxy resin and curing agent, it endows the adhesive with high bonding strength, anti-shake and anti-drop, environmental protection and odorless, moisture curing, anti-yellowing, weather resistance and frost resistance, high brightness, and easy operation, among other advantages.

Product Feature:

1. Low odor, no formaldehyde, safe and environmental protection;

2. Moderate viscosity, horizontal plane and vertical plane have good operation performance, no flow, soft feel;

3. It can be constructed in a humid environment (humidity 95%) and is not affected by the water content in the environment;

4. Fast curing speed (room temperature 25°C, 4-12 minutes), 25 minutes for mechanical grinding;

5. Strong adhesion, waterproof, moisture-proof, oil proof, net taste and environmental protection, high gloss, aging resistance, no discoloration, seismic and anti-stripping.

Usage Method:

1. Clean the surface to be constructed. The bonded surface should be smoothed, polished and clean without dust and oil. 

2.Put the hose into the glue gun, remove the front cover, pull the trigger of the glue gun, and install the static after AB exits the glue hole at the same timeMixer, do not glue the first 30mm after the mixer, and then glue normally.

3. The curing time at room temperature 25°C is 4-12 minutes, and grinding can be carried out after 25 minutes. The curing time is as follows A slight change.

4. Before using in large quantities, a small test should be done to confirm, and the construction can be completed after passing the inspection.

5. Original sealed storage period of 12 months at room temperature

Note:  During construction, please try to use it all at once, stop for more than 10 minutes, the glue in the mixer will thicken, thus affecting the viscosityThe binding force is also difficult to glue. Therefore, stop for more than 10 minutes, please replace the mixer and re-drain the glue 30mm and discard it.
