3. It has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, water resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, freeze - thaw resistance and yellowing resistance.
Usage Method:
1. When using, first accurately take out equal amounts of components A and B, then use a putty knife to mix and stir them until they are completely uniform, and finally apply the adhesive to complete the construction.
2. Thoroughly mix the adhesive in proportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to evenly spread the adhesive on the bonding parts of the stones, stick them together and press tightly. After curing at room temperature for 6 hours, subsequent processes can be carried out.
3. After being mixed evenly, the construction must be completed within the operating time. At a normal temperature of
25° C, the operating time is 30 minutes, and it will be completely cured in 24 hours.
4. According to the different colors of the stone materials, add special color pastes to the adhesive solution to adjust the color. The amount of color paste added is 0.5 - 1% of the amount of the adhesive.
5. Before curing, squeeze out the excess adhesive in the bonding area and wipe it clean with a cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol or acetone.
6. Using it beyond the operating time will lead to poor bonding. Uneven mixing will cause problems such as a decrease in the strength of the adhesive, oil seepage, yellowing and contamination of the base material.
7. The bonding surface should be dry and dust - free. If the bonding surface is wet or the humidity of the construction environment is too high, it is also likely to cause problems such as a decrease in bonding strength and poor bonding.
8. Before large - scale use, a small - scale test should be carried out first for confirmation. Construction can be carried out only after passing the inspection.
Storage Conditions: The original sealed storage period at normal temperature is 12 months.
