Product introduction:
1. This product is a two-component quick-curing epoxy material. Through the modification of epoxy resin and curing agent, it gives the glue high bonding strength, anti-seismic and anti-stripping, moisture curing, yellowing resistance, weather resistance and anti-freeze, high brightness, easy operation and other advantages.
2. It is suitable for bonding and 45° splicing of various composite materials such as natural stone, artificial stone, quartz stone, ceramic tile, rock slab and so on.

Characteristics:
1. Moderate viscosity, have good operation performance on both horizontal and vertical surfaces , no flow, soft feel.
2. It can be constructed in a humid environment (humidity 95%) and is not greatly affected by the water content in the environment.
3. Fast curing speed (4-12 minutes), and mechanical grinding can be carried out in 25 minutes.4.Strong adhesion, waterproof, oil-proof, environmental protection and frost-resistant.

How to use:
1. Clean the surface to be constructed. The bonded surface should be smoothed, polished and clean without dust and oil stains.
2. Put the adhesive tube into the glue gun, remove the front cover, and pull the trigger of the glue gun. After A&B glue is released from the glue holes at the same time, install the static mixer. After the glue is released from the mixer, discard the first 20mm of glue, and then glue normally.
3.The curing time at room temperature of 25°C is 4-12 minutes, and it can be polished after 25 minutes. The curing time varies slightly according to the temperature.
4. Before large-scale use, a small test confirmation should be done, and construction can be carried out after passing the inspection.
5. The original sealed storage period at room temperature is 12 months.

Note: During construction, please try to use it all at once. If the work is stopped for more than 5 minutes, the glue in the mixer will thicken, which will affect the bonding force and make it difficult to glue. Therefore, if the work is stopped for more than 5 minutes, please replace the mixer and re-drain the glue 20mm and discard it.
