usage method:
1. Clean the surface to be constructed, and the bonding surface should be smoothed and polished clean, without dust and oil stains.
2. Install the rubber hose into the glue gun, remove the front cover, pull the trigger of the glue gun until the AB glue hole simultaneously releases glue, then install the static mixer. Do not use the first 30mm after the mixer releases glue, and then proceed with normal glue application.
3. The initial setting time at room temperature of 25 ℃ is 30-45 minutes. After 24 hours of complete curing, polishing can be carried out. The curing time may vary slightly depending on the temperature.
4. Before large-scale use, a small test should be conducted to confirm and inspect before construction can proceed.
5. The original sealed storage period at room temperature is 12 months
Note: Please try to use it all at once during construction. If the work is stopped for more than 30 minutes, the glue in the mixer will thicken, which will affect the bonding strength and make it difficult to apply glue. If the shutdown lasts for more than 30 minutes, please replace the mixer and re glue 30mm before discarding it.
